Terms & Conditions of 100 Nights Trial

 

  1. Keep your original invoice and warranty card handy for the 100-Night Trial or for any warranty claims.
  2. You have 100 nights from the purchase date to try out our mattress.
  3. The trial applies to only standard size mattresses.
  4. The trial is only for the original buyer of SleepCandy Mattress from www.sleepcandy.in
  5. The final decision on refunds is up to SleepCandy.
  6. The trial doesn't apply if you bought the mattress from other channels such as Amazon or Flipkart.
  7. Research findings indicate that it may take between 3 & 4 weeks for the body to acclimate to a new mattress. Customers are advised to allow a minimum of 3 weeks for the mattress to demonstrate its full potential.
  8. Cancellation of orders subsequent to dispatch may incur cancellation charges or bear two-way transportation expenses.
  9. Returns due to size issues or changes in model won't be accepted under the trial.
  10. You are required to pack the mattress properly for return shipping. The pickup shall be arranged from the registered address only where the mattress was originally delivered.

 

Exceptions to Return/Refund:

  • There should be no sign of dirt or damage on the mattress.
  • Exchanges due to wrong size aren't covered.
  • Policy is limited to one return per household per year.
  • Accessories are not covered in this policy.
