Cancellation Policy -
After placing an order on the website, you may for some reason choose to cancel it within 1 hour of placing the order.
However, the company will not be able to process any order cancellation requests once your order has been shipped. In such a case, you will be liable to receive delivery of the product in time as per the terms of the purchase.

100 Nights Trial policy will not be applicable on customized orders.
Returns & Refund
Please write to info@sleepcandy.in with your order details to register a return request. Our team will reach out to you for additional details. To further process the return, please share the details required under the returns procedure. We request you to kindly go through the 100 Nights Trial policy as well to be thorough with the procedure.
We usually process the return request within 7 business days and process the refund within 7 days of receiving the mattress at our manufacturing unit.
SleepCandy reserves the right to refuse any return request if it doesn’t fulfil the return criteria.
SleepCandy regrets that it will not be able to process any return request in case of incorrect measurement of the mattress size.
Returns and Refunds policy will not be applicable on customized orders.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/replacement of your item.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
